    Is the pan dishwasher safe?

    Our pan is made of 100% genuine cast iron and therefore should not be cleaned in the dishwasher. It's best to clean it with warm water and a soft brush or wooden spatula. This preserves the natural patina and the pan improves with each use.

    Is the pan fireproof?

    Yes – our 100% solid cast iron pan is completely flameproof. You can use it safely on the gas stove, in the oven, on the grill, or even directly over an open flame. Important: Please always use a heat shield when handling the handles, as the cast iron absorbs the heat completely and becomes very hot.

    Do I need to season the pan?

    Our cast iron pans are pre-treated with an organic vegetable oil sealant, so you can start cooking right away without seasoning them first.

    The seal ensures that a natural patina forms right from the start, protecting the pan from rust. With each use, this layer improves and reinforces the non-stick effect.
